Terms and Conditions

All orders for goods accepted by ‘Crafted by…’ (“we”, “us” and “our”) are accepted subject to the following terms and conditions which shall form part and govern the contract of sale between ‘Crafted by’ and our customers. Acceptance of goods shall be deemed to be acceptance of these conditions of sale.

No agent or representative of ‘Crafted by…’ has authority to vary these conditions unless accepted in writing (whether electronically or physically) to Jack T Stackhouse, Owner and Lead Crafter of ‘Crafted by…’, hereinafter referred to as “Jack”.

We store the contract’s content and will send you the details of your order via e-mail. The details about your recent orders can be found in your ‘My Account’ area (this is an optional account registration and is not mandatory).

This document does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sale Terms

We currently do not desire/ plan to offer an annual sale – well known as “Black Friday” and “Cyber Monday”. We will not consider any direct requests for discount etc. in relation to these events.

Grand Opening Competition Terms

This competition, “Grand Opening”, is subject to the following criteria, a participant must agree to be considered/ entered into the draw.

Admission to the ‘Crafted by…’ mailing list – a participant must willing agree to sign up to our mailing list to be entered into a competition. The user may opt out of the mailing list processing and promotional emails, however doing so before the draw is undertaken will remove their entry. Only a single entry is allowed per individual, an individual may not use multiple email addresses or identities to gain multiple entries.

Order Process and Cancellation

We use the following order process, these are subject to change on the platform we use (Wix.com etc. as outlined in our Privacy and Cookies Policy), and therefore we are unable to take responsibility for any alterations made or any requirements for use of these platforms.

Placement of order – this is the action taken by you the customer. The order is placed via our online store, in which you select product(s), delivery method and successfully complete payment.

If you fail to pay to us any amount due, then we may withhold the products ordered, until payment is received. Notice will be given in writing, indicating that the order will be cancelled if payment is not received within 7 days.

You must be of legal age to place an order, as well as being authorised to use the payment method selected. Any suspected misuse or fraudulent activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Order confirmation – an automated email will be sent to you confirming your order. At this point your order has entered our automated system (provided by wix.com). Your order may still be cancelled by us if we deem it appropriate or necessary (example being a cost error or inappropriate request made by customer). At this point, a customer may cancel their order by contacting us directly (https://www.craftedbycraftstore.com/contact-us). Order processing/ production will not begin until payment has cleared.
Order processing/ production – we will be in contact with you during this stage if we require additional input etc. Once this process is complete your order status will be set to “Fulfilled” (visibility subject to an online ‘My Account’ registration) – at which point we will prepare your order for dispatch to our courier, “Royal Mail” or for collection (as applicable). At this point, the order may no longer be cancelled.
Order released to courier - we will indicate to you when your order is ready and provide details from our courier, “Royal Mail”, or collection details (as applicable).

You will have the opportunity to identify and correct input errors prior to making your order. The order is clearly summarised before accepting our Terms and Conditions, Privacy and Cookies Policy and Returns Policy.

User Accounts

If you create an account (this is not mandatory) with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and kept current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the website and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our website or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.

Links To Other Websites/ Navigating away from the “Crafted by…” website.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We assume no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of these parties. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly, or indirectly, for any alleged damage or loss caused from these links. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions, and policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit. It remains your responsibility to assess the legitimacy on any third-parties, posting of these links does not constitute an endorsement.

Disclaimer

Your use of the website is at your sole risk. We recommend avoidance of use if you have any doubt to whether our website and services is appropriate for your consumption.

We may from time to time change the prices quoted on our website, but this will not affect orders that have previously been made or completed.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. We will not file a copy of these terms and conditions specifically in relation to individual orders. If we update these terms and conditions, the version to which you originally agreed will no longer be available on our website. We recommend that you save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

These terms and conditions will be governed by English law.
