Returns Policy

This Returns Policy (“Returns Policy”) describes how ‘Crafted by…’ (“We”, “Us” or similar) handles requests for returns of orders made for our products or services. Our customers (“You”, “Your” or similar) are responsible for reading this policy before purchasing, making a purchase is agreement to this policy.

Returns

If you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us and receive a refund in accordance with this policy if:

we receive a request to return the product within 14 days following the date of dispatch of the product to you.
the returned product is in an unused state, in its original unopened packaging (with any seals, stickers or protective packaging intact), with any labels/ tags still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. Note gift packaging is not included, this does not need to be intact.
you comply with the Returns Procedure detailed within this policy.
none of the exclusions set out in this policy apply.

Returns Procedure

In order to take advantage of your rights under this policy, you must contact us (details available https://www.craftedbycraftstore.com/contact-us) to obtain a return authorisation, where we will then provide you with a printable response you may enclose with your return.

Products returned under this policy must be sent back via the approved returns label (which will be provided if a return is granted), we will make available to you for printing at home or accessible for "Royal Mail" usage. We must receive any items within 14 days of the returns label being issued.

Exclusions

The following types of products may not be returned under this policy:

any product made to your specification.
any product made to order.
any product personalised or adapted for you.
any product where we have received instructions of modification from you of any kind
any product from an external artist or collaborator (as marked on an individual product basis)

Refunds

We will give you a refund for the price you paid to us in respect of any product properly returned by you in accordance with this policy. Unfortunately this will not include any of the delivery and packaging costs.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we receive your returned product.

Improper or Unauthorised Returns

If you return a product in contravention of this policy, and you do not have any other legal right to a refund or exchange in respect of that product:

We will not refund the purchase price or exchange the product
We may retain the returned product until you pay to us any additional fees we may incur. These fees may include packaging costs and re-delivery of the returned product. Products will not be re-delivered until payment has been received.
If we do not receive response or indication of your intentions within 28 days, we may destroy or dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.

We reserve the right to modify this Returns Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
